How do I send email to PMEA district 2 members?

  1. Type your message and save it as a Word Document
  2. Email it as an attachment to robpearce@atlanticbb.net AND robert.pearce@wcsdpa.org
  3. In the email, specify which list(s) you would like the email delivered to

When will the email be sent?
    By the end of the day.  Earlier if my schedule permits.

Why can't I send it myself?
   
The new system is web-based, and doesn't use standard email programs.

Why can't you just send me the email addresses on the list?
   
You can't export them, and I'm too lazy to type them all out.  (These are L-O-N-G lists.)

Why can't I use "Constant Contact" myself?
   
It takes time to get used to, and a novice could really mess things up badly if they weren't careful.
    We may open it up to more people later after a little training.

How do I know that schools won't block my email?
    They might.  That's why we're also asking for home email addresses.  The system tells us which
    emails are undelivered and why, so we should be able to fine tune the system in time.
