• Regional Orchestra is being hosted by Joe Sensor at Dubois Wednesday, Feb. 24 thru Friday, Feb 26. The concert will take place at 7:00 p.m. Friday night.
• The MENC All-Eastern Division Conference takes place March 31-April 3, 2011. Go to the ALL EAST WEBSITE for info. on the festival, including Session proposal and Group Performance Application forms.
• The MENC Nation Honors Ensembles are excepting applicants of exceptional sophomores and juniors. Information and forms are available here, and the due date for applications is February 1, 2010.
• District 3 is holding an ACT 48 Eurhythmics Workshop at Slippery Rock Univ. on February 18 from 6:30-8:30 pm. There is a registration fee of $10 for D2 members. Contact Jess Beblo to register.
• District 3 has invited D2 choral directors to participate in their Music Performance Assessment taking place at IUP on March 16, 2010. Registration forms are available at http://www.pmea.net/boca.pdf
